Starting Salary £32,827 pa inc ILW + pension
Do you want to influence policy and practice? Are you passionate about evidence-based campaigning and making a difference? You will ensure that the strategic issues arising from deaths and their investigation are firmly placed on the political and policy agenda.
The Policy and Parliamentary Officer will play a key role in developing INQUEST’s policy and parliamentary work on the issues arising from casework to ensure they are fully considered by government, parliament and other policy makers. The post holder will be central to implementing our influencing strategy to make positive changes to legislation and policy affecting inquests, investigation and the prevention of contentious deaths.
