“Organised by the Sean Rigg Justice and Change Campaign in association with the United Families & Friends Campaign, this meeting will be able to inform the community, who have supported the family throughout, about the changes they would like to see following the high profile inquest verdict into their brother’s death.

Join us to mark his death and celebrate the life of Sean Rigg, who was a talented musician. This event marks the eighth year anniversary of his death in police custody on 21st August 2008."

Families from the United Families & Friends Campaign whose loved ones have died in custody in the UK will be in attendance.

Programmes of the play "So You Think I'm Crazy?" and T Shirts will be on sale
Sean Rigg CD Album "B Brother B Good" will also be on sale for the first time!

Sunday lunch and drinks will be available on sale by Careen's Kitchen. There will be an exhibition and stalls.

 

Following the event will be a short candlelight vigil and the laying of flowers at the memorial tree outside Brixton police station.
