Update on the Thomas Orchard case
21 March 2016
The jury in the Thomas Orchard trial has been discharged for legal reasons. The CPS has said it intends to proceed to retrial.
As there will be a further trial, the advice from lawyers is to make no further comment as it may be harmful to future legal proceedings for there to be commentary on the case.
INQUEST will continue to support the family at this difficult time.
